Arrival and access

• Park in the driveway and keep the road clear.
• Trash cans are stored near the end of the driveway.

On the property

• The pond and outdoor areas are shared with wildlife; watch children and pets closely.
• The fire pit and game room are available for registered guests.
• Leave unused household supplies for the next guests.

Louisburg has groceries, restaurants, fuel, and pharmacies. Wineries in the area include Somerset Ridge, Isinglass, and Nighthawk.

House rules

• No smoking inside.
• Use care around the pond and supervise children at all times.
• Follow posted fishing guidance and return shared equipment after use.
• Return the thermostat to 68° at checkout.

• Wash used dishes or leave the final dishwasher load running.
• Leave used beds unmade and place used towels in the bathroom.
• Turn off lights, fans, televisions, and small appliances.
• Bag all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins or building trash area.
• Check drawers and outlets for personal items.
• Lock the door behind you and message us if anything needs attention.
• If your stay ends Monday, move the trash cans from the storage shed to the roadside for Tuesday pickup.
