Arrival and access

• Your current access code is in your booking message.
• The home has self check-in. Locked closets are reserved for supplies and are not part of the rental.

Parking

• Use the driveway first.
• Additional vehicles may use legal street parking; do not block neighboring driveways.

Game room

• The lower level has an 85-inch television, ping-pong table, game table, and queen sofa sleeper.
• Return remotes, paddles, and game pieces after use.

Using the house

• The kitchen includes cookware, utensils, a coffee and tea setup, dishwasher, microwave, and blender.
• The home has four bedrooms, three full baths, and one half bath.

House rules

• No smoking or vaping inside.
• No parties or events beyond the registered guest count.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed. Place wipes and other items in the trash.
• Lock exterior doors whenever you leave.
• Maximum occupancy is 9 guests.
• Pets are welcome; clean up after them inside and in the fenced yard.

Checkout by 11:00 AM

• Wash used dishes or leave the final dishwasher load running.
• Leave used beds unmade and place used towels in the bathroom.
• Turn off lights, fans, televisions, and small appliances.
• Bag all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins or building trash area.
• Check drawers and outlets for personal items.
• Lock the door behind you and message us if anything needs attention.
