Arrival and access

• Your current access code is in your booking message.
• Use the front-door keypad and wait for the green light before opening.

Parking

• Enter through the gate and park on the asphalt drive.
• Close and latch the gate when leaving.

Five private acres

• The lodge has a gated entrance, a stone fireplace, covered porch, and outdoor fire pit.
• Wildlife is active. Wear appropriate footwear and supervise children outdoors.

Hunting and outdoor use

Only use hunting areas, stands, and equipment that were explicitly included with your reservation. Follow Kansas law and current fire restrictions.

• Never discharge a firearm toward the lodge, road, neighboring land, or occupied areas.
• Remove shells and all other waste before leaving.

House rules

• No smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, or pets on the property.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
• No unregistered parties or events; maximum occupancy is 6.
• Use the septic system carefully: flush toilet paper only.
• Pack out trash from hunting stands and blinds.

Checkout by 10:00 AM

• Wash used dishes or leave the final dishwasher load running.
• Leave used beds unmade and place used towels in the bathroom.
• Turn off lights, fans, televisions, and small appliances.
• Bag all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins or building trash area.
• Check drawers and outlets for personal items.
• Lock the door behind you and message us if anything needs attention.
• Return the thermostat to its default setting.
• Close and latch the gate as you leave.
