Arrival and access

• Your current access code is in your booking message.
• Look for the cream-sided ranch with a teal front door and house number 7145.

Parking

• Park in the driveway; the garage is not available.
• Additional vehicles may use legal street parking without blocking neighboring drives.

Covered deck and yard

• The screened cedar deck includes seating, a television, and a grill.
• Turn off the grill and television after use and keep the fenced yard gate closed.

Work and household notes

• A dedicated desk and monitor are available.
• The kitchen has cookware, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and microwave.

House rules

• No smoking or vaping inside.
• No parties or events beyond the registered guest count.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed. Place wipes and other items in the trash.
• Lock exterior doors whenever you leave.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
• Pets are welcome; clean up after them inside and in the yard.

Checkout by 11:00 AM

• Wash used dishes or leave the final dishwasher load running.
• Leave used beds unmade and place used towels in the bathroom.
• Turn off lights, fans, televisions, and small appliances.
• Bag all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins or building trash area.
• Check drawers and outlets for personal items.
• Lock the door behind you and message us if anything needs attention.
