You're staying in a modern, freshly styled two-bedroom a short walk from the Overland Park Farmers' Market. It's one side of a duplex, with your own private unit and room for four.
The market at Clock Tower Landing draws more than 100 vendors on Saturday mornings, and downtown's coffee shops, pie bakery, patios and restaurants are about a 15-minute walk. Kansas City's best is a short drive away.

- Only toilet paper may be flushed. Place wipes and other items in the trash.
- Lock exterior doors whenever you leave.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. You share a wall with the other unit, so please keep voices and TV volume down late at night.
- Pets are welcome — please clean up after them, keep them off the furniture, and never leave them alone in a way that disturbs the neighbors.
