Arrival and access

• Your current access code is in your booking message.
• This is a three-level home. All bedrooms and full bathrooms require stairs.

Parking

• Use the two-car garage and driveway first.
• Additional vehicles may use legal street parking without blocking neighboring driveways.

Piano and game room

• You are welcome to play the baby grand piano with clean hands and reasonable volume.
• The lower-level game room has a pool table, television, and lounge seating. Return equipment after use.

Covered deck

• The covered deck is available for outdoor meals and conversation.
• Respect neighborhood quiet hours and bring food and dishes inside after use.

House rules

• No smoking or vaping inside.
• No parties or events beyond the registered guest count.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed. Place wipes and other items in the trash.
• Lock exterior doors whenever you leave.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
• Pets must be approved before the stay.
• An exterior security camera faces the front entrance.

Checkout by 11:00 AM

• Wash used dishes or leave the final dishwasher load running.
• Leave used beds unmade and place used towels in the bathroom.
• Turn off lights, fans, televisions, and small appliances.
• Bag all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins or building trash area.
• Check drawers and outlets for personal items.
• Lock the door behind you and message us if anything needs attention.
