Arrival and access

• Your current access code is in your booking message.
• Use the private driveway beside the house and enter through the front door.

Parking

• All parking must be off-street.
• Use the private driveway and concrete area behind the house; maximum 3 vehicles.
• Do not park on the street.

Neighborhood and permit rules

The local rental permit requires off-street parking and limits the property to three guest vehicles. Please keep noise down and leave neighboring driveways clear.

Using the cottage

• The single-level home has two queen bedrooms and one bathroom.
• A dedicated office workspace, washer, dryer, and full kitchen are available.

House rules

• No smoking or vaping inside.
• No parties or events beyond the registered guest count.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed. Place wipes and other items in the trash.
• Lock exterior doors whenever you leave.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including children.
• The locked closet and garage are not available to guests.
• Pets are welcome; clean up after them.

Checkout by 11:00 AM

• Wash used dishes or leave the final dishwasher load running.
• Leave used beds unmade and place used towels in the bathroom.
• Turn off lights, fans, televisions, and small appliances.
• Bag all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins or building trash area.
• Check drawers and outlets for personal items.
• Lock the door behind you and message us if anything needs attention.
• Leave bagged trash in the outdoor bins; do not move bins to the curb.
