- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside, including marijuana and hookah. Evidence of indoor smoking carries a $500 remediation fee.
- No parties or events. Neighbors are close by, and quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Overnight guests are limited to those on the reservation. The condo sleeps 4.
- No pets without prior approval. Message us first and we'll do our best to accommodate.
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout at 11:00 AM. Need flexibility? Just ask.
