This is a true family home, not just a rental, and it's set up so groups and families can spread out. You're about 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City, with quick access to I-35, I-435 and I-69.

Five bedrooms, three full baths, and you have the whole home, garage, backyard and patio to yourselves.

  • Lower-level bedroom and bath with an oversized shower

  • The lower-level bedroom has no TV, on purpose, for a quieter room

  • Drip coffee maker with Starbucks coffee, plus a bean grinder
  • Crockpot, Ninja blender and 4-slice toaster
  • Full cookware, bakeware, knife set and food storage containers
  • Dishes, glassware and silverware for a group

  • Blackstone grill for guest use

  • Washer and dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets

Getting around

Downtown Kansas City is about 20 minutes away, and I-35, I-435 and I-69 are all close by, so the rest of the metro is an easy drive.

House rules

  • No smoking inside the house or garage.
  • No drugs on the property.
  • No parties or events. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
  • Pets are welcome. Clean up after them, and supervise them in the backyard since it isn't fully fenced.
  • Hand-wash the cast-iron skillet.
  • Flush only toilet paper.
  • If anything gets damaged or broken, let us know right away.
  • Lock the doors whenever you leave.

  • 1Checkout is 11:00 AM. Our cleaners arrive then, so let us know ahead of time if you need a late checkout.
  • 2Bag all trash and put it in the outdoor container in the driveway by the garage.
  • 3Load the dirty dishes and start the dishwasher.
  • 4Put all used towels in the laundry area.
  • 5Tell us about anything damaged, broken or missing.
  • 6Lock the front door by pressing the lock symbol on the keypad.
  • 7Send us a note in the app once you've left.
