• The unit is on the third floor and the building has no elevator.
• The king bed is in an interior loft reached by stairs; two full sofa beds are in the living area.

River Market

City Market is next door and a free KC Streetcar stop is nearby. The streetcar connects the River Market with downtown, the Crossroads, Union Station, and Main Street destinations.

House rules

• No smoking or vaping of any kind inside.
• No parties or events; maximum occupancy is 6.
• Ask before bringing a pet.
• Supervise children on the building stairs and interior loft stairs.
• Lock the unit whenever you leave.

Checkout by 10:00 AM

• Wash used dishes or leave the final dishwasher load running.
• Leave used beds unmade and place used towels in the bathroom.
