So much space to spread out, in this house, and a large, fenced backyard and deck as well - great for people traveling with pets. Good location near restaurants and shops in Overland Park (less than 15 minute drive).

We had a great stay! We booked last minute and David was very quick to respond. The house was in a great neighborhood, clean, and full of little amenities that make travel easier. Would absolutely stay again.

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay, David was very responsive, made sure we checked in without any issues and even provided extras for our four legged fur babies. Everything was very neat and tidy including the hot tub which we enjoyed and the back yard space was very private and just as welcoming as the rest of the home. Would highly recommend David's home : )

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described. clean, comfortable, and well put together. Everything we needed was available, which made the trip super easy and stress-free. The host really stood out, very responsive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of from check-in to check-out. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a good experience. Overall, this was one of our best Airbnb stays. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable trip, and I’d absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this place for a quick weekend stay. The house was lovely and the hot tub is a huge bonus. Gorgeous outdoor space that I’d come back in better weather to use. Beds were comfy, house had everything we needed, and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Host responded to needs quickly and was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The place was very cozy and it felt like home. Our family will be back again! We loved the hot tub, neighborhood and the comfortable beds.

We had an amazing Christmas stay! The house was beautifully decorated for the holiday, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub and backyard. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, and the theater room made for a great movie night. Perfect spot for our family's Christmas!

What a great place for a family to gather. Plenty of space to stretch out individually and then be together as a group. Amenities are as described. An added bonus is the easy walk to the local Walmart for anything one needs. Responsive host and lovely space.

David was a great host who made us feel right at home! Extra touches with throw blankets and Christmas decor was so nice and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay and loved the hot tub. We were impressed from the moment we walked in. In booking there were hours spent looking for the perfect house for our vacation and this was it! So much detail and thought put into having a worry free stay. Exceptionally clean with the perfect amenities. Close to the highway. Beautiful peaceful neighborhood. The house was amazing. I think the kitchen had everything you could ever need to use. We spent every morning on the deck enjoying our coffee. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. The beds were comfortable and roomy. We spent our evenings relaxing in the living room after a long day with the grandchildren. Our host David was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We would highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

David’s house was perfect for our friends get together. More spacious living room and Relaxing theater room in the basement were highlights. Hot tub was generous for six people and we really enjoyed the grill and back yard. Overall we enjoyed the stay and it was easy to commute to nearby restaurants and bars. David was so responsive and kind in letting us checkout flexibly at free of cost.

David helped me out last minute when I had a cancellation elsewhere and was quick to respond late at night. His home was everything and more! Perfect for a stay in Overland Park!

We had a wonderful time on our impromptu stay! We loved the layout of the home. It was very clean and had everything we could have needed. The hottub was clean and enjoyable. The kids loved playing Spider-Man on the ps4. We would definitely stay again and hope to soon!

Very nice home. David allowed us an early check in due to the winter storm coming in. He does not charge a per fee so that was a great bonus! I am a Chef and when I tell you there is not anything you could need to prepare great meals that he doesn’t have stocked. Very well stocked kitchen! The only disappointment was we could not use the fireplace on those cold days as it had not been inspected yet this season. But besides that, we loved it! He even came over and shoveled all the snow for us!

Great place to stay! The home felt very welcoming and cozy. The rooms were great and beds were comfortable. There are 2 separate areas for hanging out and watching TV so kids and parents don't have to fight for the TV.

The home was decorated warm with holiday decor lit and welcoming. Used for a central small family gathering spot between Nebraska and Kansas. The neighborhood offered some great errand spots and the weather allowed for a walk to the park.

The place was perfect for us! I took my son and three of his friends on a road trip to KC to watch a Chiefs game. The basement was our permanent hang-out space. Awesome stereo, huge TV, we brought our Xbox, played games, listened to music and it was great! David was an awesome host! lots of communication. Even a cool video on how to work the hot tub! Highly recommended, will most certainly stay here again. Thank You, Robert
