Wow, I put 5 stars on every category, it is not an easy location to find but Dave’s instructions in the communication, which by the way was very clear and responsive was extremely helpful in us finding it, All 6 of us gives it five stars.

The house was comfortable and a nice place to relax after being on the trails for the day. When the electricity went out, Dave was very responsive. There was plenty of room for our cars, UTVs, and the trailers. If you're looking for a nice place to stay, enjoy the trails at Buckhorn, and/or just need a quiet place to get away...this is a great place!

We loved this place! Super remote. Peaceful. Lots to do. Plenty of space. The house had everything you needed!! They thought about everything! We will most definitely book again if in the area.

Dave's place was wonderful! Exactly as described, and probably one of the most well stocked Airbnb's I've stayed at. We shared the home with one other family, and we all had plenty of space to spread out. Our 3 boys really only came for the stocked pond 🤣! They cought enough sun perch to satisfy their itch. The house has lots of space to park trucks, trailers and side by sides. We had a great time and hope to visit in the future!

Spent a couple days, just as a family get together. Was perfect! Plenty of beds to accommodate 8 adults and 2 kids. Plus spacious enough to keep us from getting on each other nerves. Beautiful pond with the property well kept and easy to walk around. Was able to spend time with family and relax before school starts back up and life gets crazy again.

From the time you pull up, you were in all of the beautiful surroundings. The home was very comfortable and inviting. There was plenty of space for all of us and we never felt overcrowded. Dave’s home had everything that we needed to make our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this beautiful Airbnb.

Our group of 12 had a fantastic holiday weekend here for an SXS trip. The listing was very accurate, and there was plenty of space for large groups to spread out comfortably. One of the best parts was being able to ride directly from the house to the trailhead, only about 6 miles away. The house was stocked with great amenities including a crockpot, toaster, grill, and propane. The kids loved fishing at the pond, and we ended our last night around the campfire making great summer memories. We also rented one machine from Squatch ATV and would highly recommend them as well. The rental process was smooth and easy. David was very responsive and helpful when our guest count fluctuated before the trip. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this lodge and the area for large groups planning an SXS getaway.

We stayed at David’s place and we had a wonderful week in Arkansas. The property was huge with plenty of room for my dog and kids to run around. The house was perfect. We had seven guests, but there was plenty of room for more. The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking essentials you would need which seems to be a rarity in Airbnb‘s. I would definitely come back to David’s place again.

This home was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. Space for the parents and grandparents upstairs and all of the “kids” downstairs. The outdoor spaces are as beautiful as pictured. We played lawn games and made s’mores at the fire pit. The outdoor game room was perfect for late night celebrating while others could rest peacefully inside. The home has some pretty unique features but it was cool to read the history of the house built by the owner’s grandparents. Would certainly consider staying again when we have more time to spend enjoying the property! Thanks David!

We had three families riding as a group on the Buckhorn Trails. We found David’s place located only 6.5 miles from the east (blue) side parking location. The house had more than enough space for us to park, cook/eat, sleeping, bathing and just relax after a long day of riding. He communicates very well and was very helpful with everything we requested! We would definitely come back to his place for our next ride on these trails!

We had such an amazing stay here this week. The property is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for our group. The kids had the best time exploring, fishing, and just being outside, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing everything felt.The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place nice for guests, and we really appreciated that. It made our trip so easy and enjoyable.We made so many great memories here — including a few unexpected adventures that will definitely be family stories for years to come. Nice place and enjoyed our stay here

This place met our needs perfectly for a family Christmas place. The weather was perfect for outdoor activities. I appreciated the house being decorated for Christmas. David was very responsive and took care of our needs as they arose. There is enough room for a group to spread out and we really appreciated that. The grandchildren had an especially fun time outside and in the outdoor game room.

The home, the outdoor area, the hospitality from the host was amazing. I will make this my new spot to rent when I come to town.

This place was perfect for our large group! There was plenty of room and space for everyone to relax. I loved the fully stocked kitchen as I was able to make a full Thanksgiving dinner without any hassle! The scenery was great and we really enjoyed our hike to the creek. The boys enjoyed fishing the pond and there was plenty of space for the dogs to run! I definitely recommend!

Great place

This is a great place if you are looking for something that can accommodate large groups or it would be great for just a couple or small family as well. It’s very secluded and private and my children and grandchildren loved fishing in the pond and sitting out by the fire pit. The road to get there is a little long and winding but was so worth it for us. We loved this place! Plenty of room for my family of adult children and older grandchildren. There was 10 of us and we had room for everyone. We had to share the bathrooms but it wasn’t ever an issue. Would highly recommend if you want a nice peaceful retreat. David was a very helpful host and answered any and all questions I had about this place.

Great place to stay.

David was great! Upon arrival, the property was very welcoming. Instructions were easy to follow and check-in was a breeze. The property itself was breathtaking. The fields and the pond completely set the mood for a weekend full of hiking and being outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked, and had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The bedrooms were spacious, and had adequate bedding, pillows, etc. The bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper and towels. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and an evening cocktail. The property itself lent well to a gorgeous morning walk and evening stroll. Devils Den State Park was about a 30 min drive, and we took full advantage of being that close to the park. Overall, a wonderful stay full of adventure.

This home is exactly what our group was looking for with plenty of space both inside and out. The house had everything that we needed. We hope to come back again next year.

We had a great stay!! David's pond was a nice area for all our group to hang out and fish a little. Our teens also hiked to a small creek on the property. The upper deck of the home was a nice area to kick back and enjoy coffee in the morning and relax in the evening! Also plenty of electronics and games inside to entertain everyone after dark.

We had so much fun staying on the property for a family hiking trip! House was clean and the kitchen had everything you would ever need! It was June in Arkansas so we knew it would be hot, the house had window units and fans, once we added our own fans and gave it an evening to cool down it was PERFECT(just took a minute)! Such a fun space to stay, property was so relaxing and serene. Would stay again!

Just got back from a fun Memorial Day weekend. It rained the entire trip but we made the best of it. The party barn next to the house made getting outside and all being together so much easier. 100% recommend if you are planning a side by side trip to Arkansas. Very close to the trail system. Worked out exactly as we had hoped for our group. Thanks for having us!

Absolutely loved this house! We visit Arkansas at least twice a year & this place slid into our #1 favorite spot! Short drive from the house to the trail head. House was plenty big enough for my whole family (9 adults 3 kiddos) with room to spare!! My 4yo granddaughter caught her first fish in the pond on the property & is already an expert at her exaggerated fisherman tales. Will be back for sure.

Great place to stay with kids. They loved fishing in the pond, exploring the woods, and building a fire in the fire pit. The PlayStation was a welcome addition while it was raining. We would love to stay here again!
