What booking teams ask us
Do you offer discounted rates for extended stays?
Yes. Stays of 7 nights or longer get extended-stay pricing, and stays of 28 nights or longer get monthly rates. Ask for a quote with your dates and we'll send exact numbers.
Can you invoice our company directly?
Yes, for approved corporate accounts. We send a single invoice covering the full stay, itemized for expense reporting.
Can you house a whole team in one property?
Several of our homes sleep 8 to 12 across 4 to 5 bedrooms, which works well for project teams who want to stay together instead of spread across a hotel floor.
What documentation do you provide for expense reports?
Every stay gets a receipt with the property address, dates, and total. Corporate accounts get a formal invoice on request.
Which markets do you cover?
Kansas City metro, including Overland Park, Kansas City MO, and Louisburg, plus Northwest Arkansas near Bentonville and Fayetteville.
What if plans change and dates shift?
