Welcome 2025! Weekend Getaway or Business Trip. Stay at our amazing 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home, fully furnished with a mid-century modern vibe. Enjoy the Lower Level featuring an 85" TV, a beautiful wood Stiga ping pong table, and a game table (we even provide poker chips). BBQ grill on the patio. Pets are welcome. Fenced back yard. The main floor Primary Suite has a King bed. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 - Queen, 1 - Full, and bunk beds (Full each). The LL has a Queen sofa sleeper with bedding.
Feel free to enjoy the entire house—just note that the locked closets are not accessible.
I live near the home and can be available usually when needed.

Our stay at Dave & Ellen’s place was very comfortable. The hosts made sure all necessities were available and went above & beyond with little extras that many other rentals don’t provide.. for example wine and plenty of fresh coffee. We came to Kansas City for the fifa World Cup and booked this place for the weekend. We found everything overpriced (acomodación and transportation) the place was a bit far from the stadium, very expensive but amazing!, plenty of rooms for everyone, very comfortable and the kids loved the playroom!!!
