Dave’s place is absolutely stunning, loved the artwork displayed at the house. Home was clean and well equipped with everything that we could possibly need for our stay. Very quiet area with great walk ability. Host was very responsive to all texts and questions. Even had spices, teas and coffee welcome basket. Truly a pleasant experience. With the exception of an unpleasant interaction with the neighbor on the first day this was a great stay! However we were able to avoid said neighbor the rest of our stay by using only the patio for entry and exit.

Dave is a wonderful host, very responsive and quick resolutions,. The batteries to the TV remote were low, and my husband is a huge college football fan. Dave showed up in less than an hour with new ones and saved my evening… he also recommended a very good place for burgers and gave us some background information about the area. The only problem I had was finding the street sign to turn into the property and then having to remember how to use physical keys without losing them… Thanks Dave… great place!
