Premium 3 BDRM, Hot Tub, Theater Room, Fire-Pit

Great place to stay and Dave is very responsive to any questions you might have.

Dave was very helpful and responsive. The house has excellent amenities. Thanks!

So much space to spread out, in this house, and a large, fenced backyard and deck as well - great for people traveling with pets. Good location near restaurants and shops in Overland Park (less than 15 minute drive).

No much to say about it. It was okay for an overnight stay.

Comfy place to stay with our dogs. Dave is super communicative. This was our second stay and plan on coming back in October. Great place!

We had a great stay! We booked last minute and David was very quick to respond. The house was in a great neighborhood, clean, and full of little amenities that make travel easier. Would absolutely stay again.

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay, David was very responsive, made sure we checked in without any issues and even provided extras for our four legged fur babies. Everything was very neat and tidy including the hot tub which we enjoyed and the back yard space was very private and just as welcoming as the rest of the home. Would highly recommend David's home : )

Awesome host and peaceful house.

Great place for us and our pups. David was super responsive. Will definitely come back.

David is a wonderful host, proactive friendly and responsive. The property was perfect for our family of 5, with deluxe amenities and is situated in a lovely neighborhood. Would return in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described. clean, comfortable, and well put together. Everything we needed was available, which made the trip super easy and stress-free. The host really stood out, very responsive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of from check-in to check-out. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a good experience. Overall, this was one of our best Airbnb stays. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable trip, and I’d absolutely stay here again!

Clean and well equipped home. The hot tub was wonderful, awesome outdoor space. Comfortable beds!

Perfect for our family and dog friendly! We were able to work from “home” using the upstairs desk - WiFi great! The hot tub was fantastic and easy to use! Would definitely recommend and come back to stay when needed!

The house had everything we needed, was in a great location and was perfect for our family. We enjoyed it very much!

We needed a place to stay while our hardwoods were being refinished. This unit was perfect! It was clean with great amenities. David was courteous and responsive. Highly recommended!

David’s place was perfect. Anything we needed was right there. Quiet and quaint street, easy access to entertainment, the hot tub was wonderful and plenty of space! My husband said he slept better there than he has slept in a long time. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed this place for a quick weekend stay. The house was lovely and the hot tub is a huge bonus. Gorgeous outdoor space that I’d come back in better weather to use. Beds were comfy, house had everything we needed, and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Host responded to needs quickly and was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
